It is said that the mysterious power known as the Speed Force is an energy field that has, over the centuries, granted incredible powers of speed to certain heroes. The most famous of these is The Flash, also known as the Fastest Man Alive.
The Flash is one of DC Comics’ premiere Super Heroes. As a founding member of The Justice League™, he has much battle experience which helps him to handle any kind situation.
If you haven’t participated in any Justice League™ Virtual Run Series yet, be quick, be brave, take a chance and enter. The year 2020 might not have been the best year for many people, but it certainly has given us a chance to change course, spend more time with our family and show love to our fellow citizens. Right in front of your eyes is an opportunity to help needy children while having fun and being part of something new and exciting.
Distance : 2.5km, 5km, 7.5km, 10km
Participation in these virtual run/walks ensure contributions to beneficiaries such as Headstart Kids (which provide specialised, nutritional food packs to children aged 6 months to 5 years). Relief will be given to people in need. The more entries, the more food packs and meals beneficiaries can distribute.
The Justice League™ Virtual Run Series also introduced a concept to assist older children by allowing schools across the country to participate as a unit. Once a school comes on board they are provided with a unique tracking link that their respective school community can use to enter and on these entries linked to a school the series also provides an additional R10 per entry to the school to assist them with their much needed fund raising activities to keep ] schools and children’s education going during these difficult times.
Follow our celebrity Super Heroes, Letshego Zulu, Kagiso Sebediela, Paul Rothmann and LeAnne Dlamini and patron Ilzé Saunders Buys! Our live warmup team, Fitness Icon, will ensure our brows have the lightest trickle of sweat as they take South Africa through some crazy fun warm-up routines before the The Flash Run, and we all sing and dance along even while apart.
Our Cheetah Rugby team, Knights and Celtics Bloemfontein has also joined the The Justice League™ Virtual Run Series supporting the most vulnerable our children.
After these Virtual Runs the entire South Africa will get the opportunity to participate in the actual “venue based mass group” events that will take place in the major South African cities.
