Hino Midrand, one of six Hino dealerships in the Bidvest McCarthy Group, has won the Hino Dealer of the Year (DOTY) award for the second successive year.

The dealership was one of only three Hino outlets in South Africa to sell more than 200 trucks in 2016 – no mean feat considering difficult economic conditions.

The average Customer Experience score for the year was consistently above 93% with a Service CE score of 98%. Hino Midrand received certificates for excellence in sales, service, and parts, showing that it is a well-balanced dealership in all disciplines.

Following presentation of the award, Hino Midrand’s dealer principal, Hennie de Villiers, said he was proud of his team’s achievement. “We have a structured approach to doing well in this annual measurement of excellence and know I am able to rely on all my team members to contribute to our overall success,” he said.
