If mountain biking is your passion, then The Old Mutual joBerg2c is a unique way to experience the beauty of South Africa while testing your endurance coupled with adventure.
Avis Van Rental is once again sponsoring the logistics of the long-distance race. The Old Mutual joBerg2c is a nine-day, 900km mountain bike stage race, from city to sea. It is a test of stamina, but riding the route displays the majestic scenery of South Africa, covering four provinces while experiencing the hospitality of the communities along the way.
To make the journey across four provinces even more memorable, Avis Van Rental is running its ‘Ride Like A Pro’ competition for the second consecutive year.
The competition is scheduled to start on 29 November 2017 and will run until 19 January 2018.The winner will be announced on 2 February 2018.
The prize is a one-team entry for joBerg2c 2018, a team kit, which consists of four shirts and four bibs, the use of an Avis Safari Rental with your own driver for the duration of the event and one night’s accommodation at Courtyard Hotel Rosebank the night before the race starts, if you are based outside of Johannesburg.
